Shagnik Mukerjea is a third-year student at the Rajiv Gandhi National University of Law, pursuing a B.A. LL.B. (Hons.) degree with a parallel major in economics. He is currently open to exploring opportunities in the fields of public international law and investment disputes.

He believes the intersection of law and economics offers a captivating and nuanced perspective on the complex constitutional and humanitarian dilemmas plaguing our societies today. And hopes that his beliefs and skills will ultimately help foster social and economic equality.

His commitment to engaging in intellectual discussions and promoting diplomatic discourse has led him to excel in Model United Nations and Parliamentary Debates. Over the course of his participation, he has accumulated multiple awards, including 4 Best Delegate titles, 5 Outstanding Delegate recognitions, and 1 Special Mention in 11 Model UNs. Moreover, his role on the Executive Board in 18 Model UNs, including positions as Chair and Vice-Chair, testifies to my leadership and organizational abilities and justifies his position as the Chairperson of Legal Conclave’s G20 Summit Simulation.

It is our honor to welcome him as the Chairperson/Moderator for the G20 Summit Simulation of the 5th and national edition of DPS Chandigarh’s Legal Conclave.
